Stretch, Strengthen & Relax

Combining Tai Chi & Chair Yoga, and Wall Stretches for stress reduction, joint mobility, flexibility and balance for all bodies. Using a mixture of techniques, we will build physical conditioning and improve mental health. Taught by Sarah Meredith, RYT. Wear loose comfortable clothing and flat shoes or no shoes!
